So I know the Golden Globes are old news now, but I couldn’t get Dianna Agron’s makeup out of my head. It was so simple, yet totally amazing! The second I saw those red lips on the red carpet, I knew I must recreate it! Did you know Temptalia sometimes lists the products that was used on the red carpets? Luckily for me, Dianna’s makeup artist used all L’Oreal products! So the first chance I got, I raced out to Target to get my hands on all of them. But after looking over my makeup collection, I realized I already have some of the products, so I only picked up the lipstick and blush.
…I’m ashamed of myself! I bought more make-up before I used up 10 products! As most of you know already, most of the Facekitt world is revolving around the amazing resurfacing of “Project Pan“. I convinced myself to do it after a while but I should’ve known better, how can I expect myself to walk into a drugstore and walk out with no make-up? – …ashamed! I feel like an addict, I walked past the beauty isle and my palms got all sweaty and the room started to spin (okay, thats an exaggeration – but still!) I picked up a few of the Color Tattoo Eyestudio Eyshadow’s and I ripped them open before I even got in my room! – addict? I was going to review one of them because I figured that they’re all pretty much the same thing – boy was I wrong! They may share the same name, but some are a lot better than others! In this post (because I haven’t decided which one is my favorite, I’m going to review the one I’m positive is the worst of the bunch!) – I think it’s the only matte one I saw, so lets start there!
This is a bit of a Holy Grail product for me. I am the worst at applying fake tan and have had more disasters than I like to remember (do not stand on a floor covered in spray tan – you will end up with very brown feet….) but after hearing so many amazing reviews about this particular brand of self tanner I knew I had to try it.
I am still in search for a good contouring powder, and let me tell you straight, this isn’t a good contouring powder. It lasts, the powder is finely milled, and it’s pigmented. However, the color really isn’t for contouring.
What it does perfectly is for bronzing, just like what the title say. I am not much of a having a pretty tan, bronzing type of person, but if you are, this is for you!! Read More
