Old & New Beauty Tool Reviews

December Favourites

It’s nearing the end of December and although we aren’t quite there yet I thought it was time to do a December favourites and show you what I’ve been loving this month. My list ranges from cool new beauty tools, to random iPhone apps I’m using. It was hard to pick my absolute favourite of this month, but I think if I had to it would be Philosophy Hope in a Jar.

I’ve tried so many moisturizers in hopes of finding the perfect one, and none seemed to combat my dry/combination skin. In the beginning of December I saw this product in Sephora and asked for a sample to take home just because I enjoy testing new products. Within the first 5 minutes of applying this product it instantly became my favourite moisturizer to date. I use the Hope in a Jar for dry skin specifically, but if you don’t have dry skin they do have a regular Hope in a Jar available ($50 CAN).
