British Summer Time officially began last week  and as if on que the sun came out and it has stayed with us ever since. Unfortunately things are due to get chilly again but it has certainly brought to my attention that my body needs some T.L.C after winter. To get my body ready both inside and out for my summer holiday in June to Tunisia, I plan on taking five steps over the course of the next nine weeks.
