Top cruelty free, natural skincare for acne prone skin

As a makeup lover, I am always camouflaged under nasty ingredients like parabens, mineral oil and talc. While I am trying to move away from these additives, natural makeup has yet to monopolize my entire makeup section, I am quite ashamed of th

at. BUT hopefully in future, I can move my entire collection to purely natural and cruelty free makeup (I love animals, so this is more important to me).

Anyway, I started with my skincare regime, and really love these selections. Most of the items I will be talking about are highly affordable. Because people are always asking me where to get these items, I will be linking where to get them, some of the links will contain a ref code, but it is up to you whether you want to use it or not. I do like to say that my reviews are 100% honest.

SOHO Brushes Review + Giveaway

If you have been spotting a new line of sleek looking brushes in your local CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, or Target, the could be the new SOHO Professional Line. I’ve been trying out 5 of their brush lin

e for the past month and think I have a good impression of them to give a review. This professional line provides stylish yet, ergonomic handles. Do look out for out Facebook page as we will be giving out this set of 5 brushes.

Contour Blush Brush

This is one of my favorite out of the 5 I’ve tried. I love the angled slant, and it picks up powder very well. As compared to my other blush brushes, the size is just great for my cheeks.  It’s not as dense as the Ecotools brush, but I like it that way for my more pigmented blushes. It is soft, and not prickly.

Is the Solone eyeliner truly the best eyeliner in Taiwan?

On the outside, the packaging doesn’t look ostentatious enough for me to pick them up in a store, but Solone Eyeliner Pencil was coined by Fashion Guide Taiwan as the Best Eyeliner Pencil. Did this really live up to my expectation

s? While I will not be doing a Avril Lavigne cry test, I’ll be putting these inkers to my usual scrutiny and give you a verdict by the end of the post.

THE BALM Shady Lady Eye Shadow Palette Vol. 1 (Cheetah) + Dupes (Image intensive)

Bought the Shady Lady Set a fortnight ago, and I’ve been loving it! Although the liners are not as pigmented as their Nude’Tude, I think it’s overall a very nice palette. Very suitable for smokey looks. I’ve learned to love all the colors, even th

ough most people would think that this is such a uncoordinated palette. Precisely because the sponteniety of colors, they encourage me to try out different colors combinations (I had been a nude color lover). I love this as much as any Naked Original or Naked 2 Palette.

Anyway, pictures are very swatch heavy, but enjoy!
