This month my Birchbox came in the mail earlier than it ever has and this month was especially exciting because they partnered up with goop. For those who don’t know what goop is, it’s blog started by Gwyneth Paltrow

about her favorite things. So when I got the email from Birchbox with the option of getting the special goop box, I signed up for it ASAP. I could go on and on about how much I love Gwyneth Paltrow (her and Chris Martin are my favorite celebrity couple mainly because of my love of Coldplay…ok I will stop at that) and knew that this box would have some great products in it. Let’s see what was in my goop Birchbox…

Claudine Vinoperfect Radiance Serum

I always get Claudine samples from Sephora and really don’t know much about the brand. From the packaging I get the sense that they are marketed towards older women (not someone who is 21). I tested a little bit of this product on my hand and the smell and consistency was nice. On the box contents card it says that this product will fade dark spots, but with how small this sample is there is no way that you would be able to tell if this really works (also the full-size price is pretty steep).

EVE LOM Cleanser and Muslin Cloth

I’m very excited to try this product because I did some research on it and it has been raved about. Vogue claims this is the best cleanser around and it just looks so luxurious. The cleanser seems pretty thick from what I could by pressing around the foil packet it’s in. As of right now I’m saving it for a day that I will pamper myself because I feel like this product is very special and something I am really going to enjoy.

Jouer Lip Enhancer

Again another very small sample size, but this was the first thing I tested out when I opened the box. Goop thinks this product is amazing and I will say that it does feel good on the lips, but it’s like a high end Vaseline. Both products feel the same on your lips and the only different is the scent, Jouer smells nice. Also, this product has a slight pink tint to it. Since the full size is only $14, it’s something I would consider buying, but it’s not essential.

Orofluido Beauty Elixir

This product is an oil treatment that is somewhat like Moroccan oil. I have not tested it out mainly because I’ve never put a product like this in my hair. So

it looks like I need to research this product before using it, but I will say that it smells really good (also the full size is not super expensive).

Kusmi Tea Detox

and Euphoria Teas

I love hot tea especially during this time of the year, so I’m very happy that I got two tea options in this box. I’m waiting until the weather gets a little colder or for when I’m feeling sick to drink these teas.

LUNA LemonZest

I’ve never tried a LUNA bar before, but have heard this is one of the best flavors to have. I plan on keeping this is my backpack for a snack during class if my stomach starts to feel empty.

Let me know if you enjoy these Birchbox posts and here is a fun article I found about Birchbox’s team up with goop.

Have you tried any of these products?
