I’m kicking myself for not doing this post earlier this week because Butter London polishes were BOGO free at Ulta on Monday. So I am profusely apologetic for that. Butter London has easily become one of my favorite nail polish brands and wanted to share the shades that I own with you all.
Butter London polishes can be found online on their website as well as in-store and online at Ulta and Nordstrom. OR if you are ever in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport there is the only Butter London store in the C Concourse. I’ve been to this store and HIGHLY recommend it because they sell
the polishes for slightly cheaper, for example the polishes retail for $14 a piece and at the store you can get 3 for
$36. You can also get manicures and pedicures at the store. But to find out where Butter London is sold near you click here.
Since these polishes are on more of the expensive side you can and should expect them to be of high quality. The only two shades that I’ve had formula issues
with are Trout Pout and Cheeky Chops. I’m not even featuring these shades in this post because I didn’t bring them to school online canadian pharmacy with me and don’t use them very often.
GLITTERS
The Black Knight, Tart with a Heart and Disco Biscuit
The Black Knight: a black based polish with pink and blue glitter in it, this shade is sooooo shimmery
Tart with a Heart: I think of this polish as Butter London’s version of OPI’s Teenage Dream from the Katy Perry collection (I’m wearing this on top of OPI’s My Very First Knockwurst right now)
Disco Biscuit: a hot pink gel based polish with blue glitter
METALLICS
The Old Bill and Fairy Lights
The Old Bill: this shade has an almost rose gold hue to it, but is more of a copper.
Fairy Lights: a gorgeous silver-based lilac that looks like liquid metal on your nails
SHIMMERS
The Full Monty and British Racing Green
The Full Monty: a light gold that has quite a bit of silver undertones to it
British Racing Green: a perfect forest green shade for fall
CREAMS
Slapper, Jafa, Queen
Vic
and Blagger
Slapper: the perfect turquoise/teal polish that is super opaque
Jafa: a bright tangerine shade
Queen Vic: this polish is a berry color on the more purple side
Blagger: an almost cobalt color
I also really recommend using Butter London’s Nail Foundation, which you can find a post I’ve previously written about this product here.
Do you own any Butter London polishes?
