Any gel liner lovers should be excited about this one. What is interesting is that you a gel liners int the form of a pen, you get the non-jumpy, slidy slide action without a constant need for a brush. The Holika Holika Jewel liners put the urban decay 24/7 to shame. I had initially bought 2 to try out, and about two weeks later I got another 2 more. My sister love these liners too!
Packaging: It’s just like any usually pencil, it is not a twist up pen, you have to sharpen it (One thing I hate about it). But because it’a a pen, the application is very convenient for travels.
Application: My advice would be don’t get the matte colors like black or brown (I own 01 and 10, and I recently realized that they aren’t too good), but the those with the slight shimmer glides on like a dream.

Color: I love love the olive and brown ones, but generally, you don’t need so many colors, because they all are relatively dark, I don’t think there’s a stark difference between a dark brown and dark olive on your eyeline. The pigmentation is really good as you can see in the pictures.

The black is matte, the rest is shimmer

Lasting: Although this is not oil proof (as you can see in the pictures), these don’t smudge on my underlines and they don’t fade throughout the day.
All in all [4.5/5], these are marvelous (except for the matte ones), get them if you haven’t. If you are a gel liner lover, you’ll be a convert with this hybrid form!
