For Easter I received a $50 gift card to Ulta from my boyfriend’s parents. I wanted to wait until it was closer to my birthday to use it, but I knew I would be putting the gift card towards this perfume. In 2010 I fell in love with the original Marc Jacobs Daisy scent and it has been my favorite ever since. After going through about 3 bottles of the original Daisy, I figured it was time to try something new that still had to do with my favorite scent.
Sephora.com describes the scent as “A whimsical interpretation of the original Daisy fragrance, this scent is more fruity, more bubbly, more fun! Open the bottle and you’ll be transported to a field of sunshine that bursts with the flirty scent of flowers and the cheerful sweetness of fruits. Its light, woody base infuses a subtle but sharp glimmer of musk for an unexpected twist of radiance.” And the notes in this perfume are: Natural Raspberry, Grapefruit, Pear, Violet, Wild Rose, Apple Blossom, Musks, Cedarwood, Plum.
The first thing that drove me to the Daisy scent was the adorable bottle design. I especially love the colored daisies on the Eau So Fresh bottle. Two sizes are available for Eau So Fresh, 2.5 fl. oz ($72- the size I got) and 4.25 ($88). While Marc Jacobs perfumes are pricey, in my opinion it is so worth it because the scent lasts awhile on my skin.
Have you tried out Marc Jacobs Daisy or Daisy Eau So Fresh? If you haven’t then I definitely recommend that you try them out!
