I thought I’d do a very simple, quick makeup for day time for you guys. I am always in a rush in the mornings and this is my go to routine if I don’t have much time to spare! This tutorial also involves no brushes! I hope you enjoy!

First, begin by priming your skin. I use 17′s Photo Flawless Primer.  This will help your foundation to last all day and provides a nice base to work with.

Next I used Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation. I mixed two shades as I’m a little in between at the moment. What I love about this foundation is that it applies very nicely with hands.

I applied Collection 2000′s Lasting Perfection concealer (I mixed two colours again) to the areas I need extra coverage and blended it out with my finger. Cue awkward smile and yes, I do have a towel on my head!

I filled in my brows using a pencil. I find this to be quicker than powder, especially the ones with a comb or wand on the end to brush through. This is by Benefit and as you can see – well loved!

I primed my lids using my favourite primer – Urban Decay’s Primer Potion.  This will help to ensure that your shadows last all day.

On top of the primer I applied a Benefit Creaseless Cream in Samba-dy Loves Me, using my finger, all over my lid.

Using another (clean!) finger I used a Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze on the outer half of my lid.

I blended this using a good old-fashioned cotton bud (Q-Tip).

If you have time (I often don’t!) apply a little brown liner to your upper lashine and either blend with your finger or another Q-Tip.

Finish off with mascara.

On my cheeks I applied Benefit’s PosieTint. I used the applicator it comes with to dot a couple of spots on the apples of my cheeks, then blended out with another (clean!) finger.

Dust over the face with a loose or pressed powder.

On my lips I used an ELF Studio Conditioning Lip Balm in Coral.

The finished look! (Please note, I’m letting my hair dry naturally today – hence the slight mess!)

I hope this has been useful! It is very quick and easy but because it involves no brushes I would recommend having a baby wipe or makeup wipe to hand!

Let me know what you think!
