So, as you can see, this project pan has turned more into a skin and hair project pan than makeup, which is fine with me! So, the 4th product I finished is Garnier’s Wonder Waves Spray.
This is probably my 3rd or 4th bottle of this, and I love it! I stumbled across it when I was looking for a product that wouldn’t leave my hair crunchy if air dried. Cosmo magazine listed this as one of those products, and at about $3 a bottle, I couldn’t pass up trying it out. Also, I thought maybe a spray gel would work better than a mousse of regular gel.
I absolutely love this stuff!! I use it after my Sally Hershberger Wavy Style Primer, and it is perfect. I just spray it in and scrunch my hair and I’m good to go!! I love everything about this stuff. It doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it crunchy. It gives my hair those tousled beachy waves that I love. So if you have ringlet curly hair, I’m not quite sure how this will work for you.
It smells like your typical Garnier hair product, which is kinda sweet herbally shampoo smelling.
Also, I haven’t noticed a ton of frizz with my hair throughout the day. I’m not so sure if its because of this product or if it something else I’m doing, but it does say on the bottle that it helps with fights frizz, so I think its safe to say that it helps. And I haven’t noticed my hair falling flat throughout the day. My curls tend to say nice and bouncy instead of straightening out.
I know this is a quick little review but I think this product is great for those who have wavy hair or are trying to achieve that beach wave. Again, I’m not sure if it will work on tighter curls, but its not an expensive product, so it might be worth the try!
P.S: check out how I style my curly/wavy hair here!
