I am really excited to be bringing Facekitt readers something a bit different this week. Glitterbug Jewellery is a business run by the fabulous Marie Sutherland. She can make you pieces of jewellery for every occasion and the pieces really do make fantastic gifts. When I got married last year I knew I wanted to wear pearls that my husband had got me for my birthday one year. He had got me earrings and a necklace, and for my big day I wanted to get a bracelet to match. When I saw this one on the Glitterbug Jewellery Facebook page I instantly fell in love!

.

I also got this bracelet for my three bridesmaids as a gift and they absolutely loved them , they continue to wear them on a regular basis, as do I . As Marie hand makes her jewellery she was able to make them all to perfect size for each person. One of my bridesmaids, my little cousin, is aged 11 and I wanted to get her the same as my other bridesmaids who were my sister and other cousin. In the shops this just wasn’t an option and so Glitterbug Jewellery was a real life saver! Each bracelet cost me £25.

Currently, I am lusting after the Shamballa bracelet on the Glitterbug Facebook page. These bracelets seem to be everywhere at the moment and I can see why as they are really glamorous yet you could wear it everyday.

I enquired about these bracelets recently and Marie informed me that they cost £22 (not including postage and packaging if necessary) and she also said that she is able to make them in a variety of colours.

I would really love to recieve this as a Valentines Day gift , it is so pretty and sparkly.

This would also be really cute for Valentines Day.

Wedding season is just around the corner again and I am sure many of our Facekitt readers will be invited to atleast one wedding already. If so, there are some gorgeous hair combs and matching jewellery sets available from Glitterbug that would look amazing for a wedding. Here are just a few examples.

Sometimes when it comes to gifts I geninuely get stuck as to what to buy people, most girls and women I know love jewellery and so I hope this post has been helpfull. You could of course treat yourself to a little something.  You can add ‘Glitterbug Jewellery’ Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000501545880#!/pages/Glitterbug-Jewellery/143097392394979  where you can see more photographs and if you have any questions or queries then Marie will get back to you. If like me you are lusting after any of the pieces shown then leave a comment below and share with us at Facekitt.
