Benefit launched Watt’s Up in October 2011 and I’ve been eyeing it since then.  This is not Benefit’s first highlighter, as they have Girl Meets Pearl, High Beam, Moon Beam, and Sun Beam in their product line.  What makes Watt’s Up different is that it’s not a liquid and the consistency is more of a cream to powder finish.

I absolutely love the name of this product; I actually had a science fair project with the same title when I was in sixth grade.  The packaging of this product is also very unique. And I love that is has a sponge on the bottom to help blend the product out.  But my favorite thing is the color of the highlighter.  The color is a shimmery champagne-gold that will look great on many skin tones.

Benefit describes Watts Up as, “our soft focus highlighter turns on “watt” ya got with a delicate champagne glow that’s gorgeous. With a cream-to-powder finish…it’s a switch on “wow” for all complexions. You’ll adore the smooth applicator & luminous sheen.”

Recently I heard that Benefit is coming out with its first ever liquid foundation called Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation.  I don’t know an exact date, but I’ve heard it should launch in the spring of this year.  I’m very excited to try out this product because Benefit has easily become one of my favorite makeup brands.
