Every few months or so I make a wish list of products I would like to purchase within the next couple of months. I did this over the summer and I bought all but two products on my list. A lot of the time I find myself loving items on Sephora.com or wanting so many things YouTube beauty gurus talk about. So here is my list of items I hope to purchase soon…
1) Benefit’s Watt’s Up highlighter ($30)- I absolutely love Benefit’s high beam highlighter so when I heard they created a more champagne colored highlighter, I’ve been wanting it forever. Not too many people have talked about this product, but the concept is very cool. This goes from a cream to powder finish, which I know I will like better than high beam because it’s very goopy.

2) OPI by Nicki Minaj in Pink Friday ($8.50)- So far I think this is the only polish I want to get from the Nicki Minaj collection. This color looks like the perfect pink that will be great for spring and summer. OPI is one of my favorite brands of nail polish because I really like their brushes and the consistency of their formula.

3) YSL Silky Sensual Radiant Lipstick SPF 15 in #29 Opera Rose ($34)- I went looking for YSL lipsticks in my local Sephora a few months ago, but they did not carry them so I gave up. Now I find myself again really wanting one. I know they are very pricey, but there is just something about having a luxurious lipstick that I would rather invest in than some drug store brand that I don’t like as much.

4) Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque ($30)- During parts of the year there are times when I get obsessed with my hair. I have pretty thick hair and most of the time it is fairly long, but the texture can change daily. Some days my hair can be pretty coarse and then the nest silky and shiny. I think that by using this product on a one-a-week basis will really help my hair.

5) NARS Pro-Prime Pore Refining Primer Oil-Free ($32)- A few months back I got a sample of this and I really like it. I’ve been on the hunt for a good primer and have tested a few other ones, but like the NARS one the best. My sample has almost run out so I want to invest in the full size.
6) Sigma Mrs. Bunny Blue Travel Kit ($59)- I’m in love with these brushes! I love the color combination and that they are organic. A lot of the brushes I own are starting to get old and I hear Sigma has some of the best makeup brushes.

7) Make Up For Ever 5 Camouflage Cream Palette No. 1 Concealer ($36)- The current concealer I’m using right now is Benefit’s erase paste, which I really do like, but I want to try something new. I love that this comes with five different colored concealers, especially the green one because I’ve always wanted to try a green concealer.

8) Sultra The Seductress Iron ($210)- I will not be buying this anytime soon, but within the next year I will need a new hair straightener. This one is pretty pricey and I will definitely have to save up for it. I’ve heard that Sultra is a great brand and would also like to buy one of their curling irons at some point.

Does anyone else make these kind of wish lists? What would you put on yours?

I’ve been wanting to try the watts up highlighter as well! And those sigma brushes are gorgeous… I wish they weren’t so expensive to ship to Canada
The repair mask looks awesome and we seem to have the same hair type (thick and long). Might have to try this as well! Great list!
like the idea of the benefit highlighter also
I bought the Watt’s Up highlighter a while back and LOVE it! I own a few other, but it’s by far my favorite. I find it gives me the nicest, most natural subtle glow and highlights beautifully. All this without making me look like I’m coated in gold dust or something. It’s very natural, easy to apply, and stays on very well. I really want to try that hair masque… I’ve heard great things about it! Good list.
just recently got the hair mask and I love it! definitely worth it… i found it at a local Winners for $20 instead of $35 it usually is for the 250mL!
