With Halloween over, the focus is now on Christmas.  I find myself going onto Sephora.com a lot, so I figured I would share the holiday sets that I’m loving.

First I love the “favorites” value sets that Sephora puts out around this time of year.  These are a great way to try out new products/brands that you may have not otherwise, plus the prices are affordable.  Who doesn’t love that?

The first is Lashtash set that includes 2 full-size mascaras, 8 sample size mascaras, and a 1 oz Clinique make up remover.  This set is a $133 value, but is priced at $45 and some of the brands in this include, Make Up Forever, Urban Decay, and Fairydrops…just to name a few.

The other one I love seeing Sephora sell is the Deluxe Fragrance Sampler for Her.  In my opinion Sephora is genius for coming up with this item.  How this works is that the set comes with 12 samples of perfumes for you to try out and there is a voucher for a full-size (I’m not sure how many ounces) of the sample you liked best.  To me this is the perfect thing to gift someone (I think my best friend will be receiving this from me this year) and they also have one for men as well.  This set sells for $50, but there is also a Collectors edition for $25 more, with larger samples and different brands/scents.

I tried the brand Tarte for the first time this summer and immediately fell in love with their LipSurgence lip pencils/sticks.  And if there is one holiday set I will for sure be purchasing this year, this is it.  The Tarte Lip Service Limited-Edition LipSurgence Collection includes five FULL SIZED all new colors…and it gets better, for only $29.  This set is valued at $120 and the normal cost of one of the lip pencils is $24.  It just blows my mind how affordable this set is and all the colors are gorgeous.

Benefit has a lot of great sets out this year, but the one I love is the Project Flawless.  For $32 you get a large sample of Girl Meets Pearl, BADgal Lash mascara, Ultra Shines in Foxy Lady, and a full size box blush in Bella Bamba.  The packaging is so adorable and any make up lover would love receiving this as a gift.

I’ve never tried any of Stila’s lip glazes, but after seeing the set they are offering this year at Sephora, I may end up picking it up.  The set comes with 8, not full size, but they look significantly large for a sample.  The color range is really great and there is a color for every season and for only $25, it is a great value.

NARS is probably my favorite high-end brand of make up and when I saw the Danmari All About Cheeks Palette on Sephora.com, I swooned.  This palette comes with 6 almost full size colors.  What I love about this is that it has a highlight and a bronzer in it and includes a NARS blush favorite, Orgasm.  This palette is being sold for $65, that does sound pricey, but the amount of product and they great quality justifies the price.  With NARS you know that product you are buying is of high quality.

Laura Mercier is another brand I fell in love with this past summer and she came up with some great holiday sets this year.  The one I want to talk about is the Luxe Colour Portfolio.  This set includes 6 eye shadows, 3 tightline cake eyeliners, 2 blushes, and 3 mini brushes.  I own a tightline cake eyeliner and that product alone is amazing (it can be used dry or wet), but I have not tried any of the other products included in this kit.  Sephora is selling this for $98 which is very expensive compared to all the other sets I’ve mentioned, but there are many items in this set of great quality.

These last sets are not from Sephora, but when I saw them online…I just had to share.  I found these on the Juicy Couture site and they did a collaboration with Deborah Lippmann.  AH! These are just so cute!  Now, they are kind of pricey, but Deborah Lippmann polishes are known for not being cheap (range from $18-$20).  The two three polish sets go for $48 and the set with the hand warmers is $68 (also comes in black with a silver metallic polish).

I hope this post was helpful if you are looking for some great presents for the holiday season for make up lovers.
